How to sell software online
Here's how to go from a finished build to your first sale:
1. Package your software
Export your installers or ZIP your plugin, script or mod. Add a README and a changelog so buyers know what they're getting and what changed.
2. Create the product and turn on license keys
Upload your files, write the description and set a price. In the product's Advanced settings, turn on license keys and choose auto-generated keys or upload your own list.
3. Check keys in your app
Use the Sellfy API to validate a key, record an activation or revoke it, and webhooks to react when a key is issued or used. Selling something simple, like a script? Keys work without any code too.
