Understanding your POD shipping rates

Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) forecasts when you might receive an order. It's calculated by adding the estimated time for fulfillment and shipping:

Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = EDT.

On average, it takes 2–5 business days to fulfill orders. This estimate considers the current order load and production capacity.

Shipping time estimates are based on the historical shipping data for your specific area or sales region.

Remember, the EDT is an estimate, not a guarantee. Your order could be delayed by design file issues, product stock shortages, or shipping delays such as failed delivery attempts and service disruptions.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose a certain fulfillment location. Our fulfillment partners have multiple locations worldwide and the nearest possible facility is chosen to provide the fastest fulfillment for your customer. But, due to product availability, the facility used for fulfillment may be located in a country outside your customer's location.

No, orders aren't always sent in one package. There are a couple of reasons we might ship items separately:

Product packaging: To ensure certain items maintain their shape and are well-protected, we package them individually.

Items we always ship separately include: snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, visors, backpacks, mugs, stickers, pillows with stuffing, posters, framed posters, canvas, water bottles, notebooks.

Fulfillment locations: As listed in our product catalog, some products are fulfilled in different locations (like the USA and Europe). So, if your order contains items from various fulfillment centers, we'll ship them separately.

Give it an extra day or two: sometimes, unexpected delays happen in shipping. While late arrivals can be frustrating, please keep in mind that our estimated delivery times are just that – estimates, not guarantees.

If a customer reports an undelivered order or if it's confirmed lost by the mail carrier, please let our team know immediately. We'll gladly issue a free replacement. However, please report any missing packages within 4 weeks from the shipping date for this policy to apply.
