1. Copy your orders and customer details
Pulley documents no export, so copy your order and customer details by hand from the Orders page. Do it before you close your account.
2. Save your product files
Pulley hosts your files on Big Cartel's servers and doesn't document downloading them back, so collect your originals first.
3. Set up your Sellfy store
Start a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed, and connect PayPal or Stripe. Plans start at $22/mo with 0% transaction fees.
4. Add your products, or let AI do it
Recreate your products with prices and files. Or ask Claude or ChatGPT to create the drafts through Sellfy's MCP server.
5. Import your email list
Pulley's terms don't allow unsolicited marketing to your buyers, so keep only people who agreed to hear from you. On a paid plan, upload them as a one-column CSV under Email marketing > Import.
6. Swap your buy-now links, then close Pulley
Replace your Pulley links with Sellfy ones, and make sure past buyers have their files first. Then close your account from the Account link. Pulley doesn't refund unused months.
