How to switch from Foxy to Sellfy
Move your store in six steps, and keep Foxy selling until your Sellfy store is ready.
1. Export your transactions
In your Foxy admin, export your transactions as a CSV from Reports. Do it before cancelling, because Foxy's terms say your data may be deleted.
2. Collect your products and files
Your product list lives on your own site, so copy titles, prices and descriptions from there. Foxy doesn't document getting uploaded downloads back, so find your original files.
3. Set up your Sellfy store
Start a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed, and connect PayPal or Stripe. Files can be up to 10GB on Starter, while Foxy allows 250MB per product.
4. Add your products, or let AI do it
Upload your files and product details. Or give your product list to Claude or ChatGPT and let it create the drafts through Sellfy's MCP server.
5. Import your email list
Foxy documents no customer export or consent field, so build your list from the transaction CSV. Keep only customers who agreed to hear from you, and upload a one-column CSV under Email marketing > Import on a paid plan.
6. Swap your cart code, then cancel Foxy
Replace Foxy's loader code and cart forms with Sellfy buy buttons or an embedded store, and ask subscribers to re-subscribe. Then cancel under Settings > Billing as the billing contact.
