How do I protect my digital products?
Sellfy can provide you with buyer info which includes the IP addresses and download logs. Also, you can restrict or block product downloads on any purchase (each buyer gets 5 downloads). But if you're selling PDF files, Sellfy offers PDF stamping to protect your files.
How do I price my digital products?
You should always pick a price that covers your expenses and desired profit. It can also be useful to check out how other creators are pricing their products. Always use a value-based pricing model and don’t be afraid to start with a higher price.
How many products can I add to my Sellfy store?
There is no limitation on how many products you can upload or sell from your Sellfy store. You can upload single files, and up to 50 files per product that are 10GB in size. If your product file is larger, you may compress files to a zip folder.
What type of digital products can I sell?
Any product that can be uploaded in a downloadable file format (i.e. pdf, epub, mp4, avi, jpg, png, jpeg, tiff, etc.). For example: ebooks, tutorials, films, animations, fonts, 3D models, logos, Lightroom/Photoshop presets, apps, games, hostings, and subscription-based products (e.g. fitness plans).
How does my customer get the file?
When a customer makes a purchase in your store, they'll use either PayPal or Stripe to checkout. Once the transaction is confirmed, they'll be brought to the download page right away to get their product. They also get an email with the same download link. Each customer will get 5 download attempts to get the file.
