Helping your customers is now as easy as chatting with your friends: introducing Facebook Live Chat

What could be cooler than taking care of your customer inquiries from within the service you already use daily (we guess) anyway? Our new addition to the integrations family: the Facebook Live Chat now lets you engage with your customers in a straightforward and natural manner. It’s just like talking to your friends.

How will this serve you?

Since we ceased to support the inner messaging system, we now offer the contact form option that you can place on your “Contact” page instead. While this is a valid way to communicate with your customers, it has also become quite apparent that individuals have a tendency to reach out to brands and individual creators via social media channels. It could seem like a more convenient and friendly option for many.

We know that dealing with customer inquiries and issues can be an annoying and time-consuming experience. It often takes up the valuable time that you would otherwise be spending on creating new products or promoting your existing ones. But it doesn’t have to be. Communicating with your clients can bring in valuable feedback and fresh product ideas.

We don’t want you to miss out on having meaningful interactions with your customers, fans, and followers, so, with that in mind, we are launching this new integration.

How to make it work?

Now, down to the techy stuff.

All you need to do to get this started:
1. Log into your Sellfy account
2. On the dashboard find “Integrations” section
3. Click Apps and pick Facebook Live Chat

Sellfy Tip
Now, users can also connect their accounts to Facebook Pixel, Patreon, Zapier, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and set up Webhooks. Explore new integrations at Marketing > Apps.

Please note: you will need to have a Facebook Business Page and you won’t be able to use your personal account to set this up. For more info on how to create a Facebook Business Page, refer to [this step-by-step guide to creating your very first Facebook ad campaign](https://sellfy.com/blog/a-step-by-step-guide-to-creating-your-very-first-facebook-ad-campaign/).

This detailed and illustrated guide in our Documentation section has all you need to know if you have trouble setting up the integration.

Over to you
