Terms of Sellfy Affiliate Program

By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliates receive 25%-40% (depending on the monthly sales volume) recurring commission for every subscription plan of a referred seller.

2. Sellfy sends payments to affiliates on the 15th of each month for accounts that reach $5 in revenue or more.

3. Commission fees may be subject to adjustments for credit card chargebacks and refunds. You can expect to get your commissions within 35 days.

We have a cookie time* of 90 days.
‍
4. Self-referrals are not allowed. The goal of the program is to refer new sellers.

5. Sellfy Affiliate Program only works for a seller using Sellfy without any 3-rd party integrations or services (e.g. Wix.com).

6. It is your responsibility to pay taxes, duties (including limitation sales tax, VAT, and GST), and other fees that apply to your commission earnings.
‍
7. It is prohibited to purchase search engine or other pay-per-click ad keywords (such as Google Ads) that use the name “Sellfy” or its misspellings as well as combinations or variations containing our name. Paid search phrase match ads for keywords “sellfy”, “selfy”, “selffy”, “sellfly”,“sellify”, “sell fy” are not allowed.

8. Affiliates may not bid on Sellfy Coupons, Sellfy Discounts, or other phrases implying coupons are available.

9. Affiliates shall not use traffic that is generated by Coupon Sites, Deal Sites, or similar methods; without prior written consent from Sellfy.

10. It is prohibited to use apps/software impersonating the Sellfy platform or official application.
‍
11. We reserve the rights to change the terms at any time including affiliate commissions and payout period.


*Cookie time is the maximum amount of days between the last click and the conversion for which affiliates will be credited.
