I love the Collect Photo app!! I have been using it on and off for our random pictures since 2014. It makes for fast, easy, very consistent pages. (I actually have a few videos about it on my YouTube channel!)
Sadly, the app is not available for Android. A few friends asked me to make quick pockets to mimic the look! I totally was willing. I love quick pockets!
