Five Minute Healing Affirmations / Heal from Physical and Emotional Challenges

This is a very short, yet extremely powerful healing practice.  This can be used when trying to overcome any physically or emotionally challenging experience, or if you simply desire a shift towards a more positive mood.

 

This can be practiced either with your eyes open looking at yourself in a mirror, or with your eyes closed bringing an image of yourself to your mind's eye. Choose an upright, confident posture while you practice.
