20 Minute Relaxing Body Scan for Grounding Energy

Have you ever had the feeling that you are lost in your head? Or like your head is in the clouds? Or as if you are disconnected from yourselves and your surroundings? I know I have. When this happens, I can use some grounding to bring my feet back down to earth and reconnect with myself! The life we live in can be hectic at times. And sometimes our typical meditation practices might not help with these times of energetic disconnect.

 

This meditation will help you get grounded. It will help you to re-connect with your body, bringing awareness to what you are feeling at this moment, moving energy to where you need it, simply with your awareness.
