Terms

Crochet items use safety eyes and noses, which may not be safe for children under the age of 3.

Returns Policy:
**I will not accept returns unless there was an error on my part (i.e. wrong item(s) sent, etc.). If an item has been broken or damaged in the mail, please contact me with pictures(item and packaging) and if it was due to my packaging I will send a new one. If I am unable to create a new one, you will be refunded. 

Orders:

Orders costing $50 or more, will require a 50% down payment. This down payment is nonrefundable. This will help to ensure that we are still covered for the cost of any materials needed for the order.
