Lidia is such an amazing woman!
When we started RealRapunzels, we had a big dream of being able to work with ladies who had HALF the amount and length of Lidia, and we though that was very long and stunning hair.
We still think it is, but to now be working with such amazing Real Life Rapunzels as Lidia, who has over the double amount of that hair which we dreamed of working with before, is incredible!
Lidia has had long hair for a long period of her life, so it's very safe to say that she is a Real Life Rapunzel with a LOT of knowledge and passion for very long hair.
We first saw her many many years ago at a Romanian TV show where she was showing off her super heavy floor length hair.
At the TV show, there were several ladies with ankle length hair and longer, but in the part of the TV show we saw, the interviewer / TV host was just interested in Lidia, and he was talking with her about her hair all the time, having his eyes and all his focus locked on her all the time, and so was the audience. When there was several ladies with approximately floor length hair, and everyone was looking at Lidia, you know that she has to has some serious hair. Some EXTREME hair!
Working with great long hair models is one thing, but we're now working with the BEST long hair models in the world, which we are very proud of.

In this video, you will see her starting with taking out a gigantic braid that will blow your mind.
Seriously, if you saw this braid in person in public without being prepared for it, you would most likely faint.
Her very thick braid falls down her back, going all the way down to the floor, and you can instantly see that this is a serious braid you don't want to mess with.
Her braid is heavier than you can imagine, and when we say heavy, we mean HEAVY!
Her hair weight is actually not that far away from Aliia's hair weight, although Lidia's hair is shorter.
When taking out the braid, Lidia is sitting down on the chair, and what happens when she sits down in the chair?
Well, one thing is for sure, you can not see the floor near the chair, because it is covered by something very soft and silky.
When sitting on the chair, her hair is making a big pool of brown silk on the floor, piling up.
She coils her hair up into a giant bun, but her hair is so long and thick that the bun is almost too big.
Her bun is so heavy and big that you can see she is having a hard time holding it up, so it doesn't take long before she has to let it down before getting exhausted for holding it up.
She was holding her bun with a big grip with one arm, and it seemed like a LOT of work. It would also be pointless to try to hold it there with two hands as it is so big that she would not be able to cover all of her hair with her hands.
Take a close look at the bundrop when she is releasing the bun, and you will see that it's a lot of weight being freed, and that it looks like tons of hair is being let down.
After that, she is making another huge bun, and we encourage you to look at the ends of her hair while she is coiling it. Look how thick it is! Her ends are incredibly thick and so healthy, it's unbelievable!
She manages to coil her hair into a bun which is so heavy that it can't be held up like a normal long hair - bun. It has to be resting in her neck because of the intense weight.
Her bun is approximately as big as her head, and it's just begging to be let down.
After these extreme buns, she is braiding her hair into a protective and beautiful braid, and it's really unique and beautiful to watch her long and thick hair dancing while she is braiding it into a great braid.
Lidia is truly one of the queens of long hair, and if you appreciate extremely long hair, then you must get this video.
