Antonia is a very beautiful and healthy lady with a lot of knowledge when it comes to health, mental health, fitness, hair growth and very long hair in general. All these factors plays a big role when growing your hair to extreme lengths, which is one of Antonia's goals.
She wants to grow it as long as possible, while still being healthy all the way down to the very ends (terminal length).
Because she's doing a lot of right and important things for her hair and health, her hair is growing fast and healthy.
