By purchasing and being on our customer list, you agree that you may be contacted periodically by Race Sim Studio (RSS) for the sole purpose of providing news, offers and new update files for your purchase. You can opt-out at any time by deselecting the 'I agree to receive news and offers' on the checkout page of the purchase, or by selecting 'Unsubscribe' at the footer of any emails from Race Sim Studio via SellFy.
Sales Policy
You agree all sales are final, excluding accidental duplicate sales, one of which will be refunded after you contact us with your PayPal and SellFy email address and state your Transaction ID. Purchases that do not have a download attempt are eligible for a refund (we can track this).
Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you agree that upon downloading the product, you will no longer be eligible for a refund with the exception of duplicate purchases.
Due to nature of Digital Products, refunds will not be issued due the dissatisfaction of the purchased game, or the inability of your computer to run said product normally, all crashes and bugs are sent to the provider and maker or the said product. It is your responsibility to ensure your software is legitimate, up to date, and your hardware is capable to run our products. While our vehicles are rated for everyone, we are not responsible for inability to operate them due to driving capability or non-standard issues due to a modified game of any kind.
EULA & Permissions
You agree you are not permitted to redistribute, upload, modify, extract, use as a template, render in graphical software, or sell any of our work or adaptations using our work.
You agree that this car, or any of the cars created by RSS, are not to be used in public or corporate simulators or events or business media content creation of any kind without the expressed permission of RSS. For such circumstances, the email address listed below must be contacted for licensing agreements.
