We are currently experiencing a severe pandemic, which affects the function of the lungs in particular. This is especially true for the 8 million people in Germany who suffer from COPD and therefore have already limited lung function. Its the same for the rest of the world.
The infections can therefore easily occur and the body lacks the necessary antibodies to prevent them from spreading. This session strengthens the immune system and boosts the immune system. It also has a relaxing effect, reducing stress and keeping the immune system out of fight-or-flight mode.
We have added a higher frequency to the session which, according to many reports, can help to strengthen the lungs. We have tested them internally and found them to be good.
If possible, listen to the session completely and take some time off. Drink plenty of water. Go to nature, for example, to flush fresh energy into the organism.
