The Athlete Physique Beginner Strength Program is an entry level strength and hypertrophy program. 
It is three days per week, with the goal of adding 5 pounds to the bar per week. This may not seem like much, but adding 5 pounds a week to each lift is 260 pounds over the course of a year!
