Leadership Development - Readiness is an Action Word
This session has been designed for leaders at all levels and entry. Whether you are new to leadership, your position or the organization you help to lead, knowing your starting point and wht you truly have to work with is essential to your success.
Participants are examining the results of their DiSC assessments, (individual and group culture) and how to better maximize the “ Cast of Characters “ who are your peers. Additionally, the empowerment to communicate in “different languages.”
This will be a running theme for the leadership series and begins the dialogue of transparency and trust building with your workforce by understanding how we first process and translate our message to our listeners.
Intended Outcomes: •Participants will obtain a foundation of the course series content and expectations, their own and that of the agency. •Confirmation of…”Are you still part of the status quo or are you willing to step out and take a chance on doing something different. •Reflecting on the DiSC experience, did it raise an awareness for you about why team member differences or synergy can happen? •Are you more aware about your starting point? •Understanding if their accountability plan will require ease of implementation and/or integration into their daily activities.
