The pathophysiology of heart disease is multifaceted and intricate to several congenital and adverse events that create cardiac anomalies (Hasenfuss & Mann, 2014).  The principal pathophysiology paradigm of heart disease due to co-morbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and a sedentary lifestyle follow a similar precipitated path of myocardial damage.  The progressive disorder of heart failure is manifested by an acute insult (myocardial infarction) or slow continuous injury (hypertension) to the myocardium thus disrupting the hearts myocytes and reducing contractility force (Hasenfuss & Mann, 2014).  Consequently, this results in a reduction of forward flow (contractility) which in certain instances such as hypertension left
