Chair Yoga - With Carrie-Anne Fields

This beautiful style of class was requested by one of our devoted online trainees, Zoe Clark. Thanks Zoe for the motivation to record a Chair Yoga class. A suitable class for trainees to learn variations or for those people with limited mobility. I love that yoga can be done by anyone, regardless of age and physical condition. Variations are provided in this class for those who need lighter options. Most importantly we learn to breathe and to focus prana (life-force energy) into the physical and metaphysical bodies.
