BUS610 Organizational Behavior

The purpose of this paper is to outline an organizational change that has been our may be experienced. This paper will examine that change and identify the stakeholders involved, while analyzing the impact change has/will bring them. The change management process will be reviewed in order to make recommendations which would minimize any adverse impact on the organization or the people within the consequence range. Lastly, this paper will bring clarity to the systemic nature of the organization providing feedback on how the change will improve the effectiveness of the organization, its processes and the productivity of the employees.
