Jus commune or ius commune is Latina for "common law" in certain areas. It is often used by municipal law jurists to make reference to those factors of the municipal law body invariant lawful concepts, sometimes called "the law of the land" in British law. While the ius commune was a protected referrals factor in navigator Western lawful techniques, in Britain it was not a referrals factor at all. The term "the typical law of the municipal law systems" means those actual rules that create a unique judicial program and are typical to all its components.
