New this week: It is all about easing into the new year to create lasting results. We were all once beginners and should embrace the place we once started. This week is all about moderation: healthy meals and calorie burning/muscle pumping workouts, but nothing unachievable! It's all designed to keep you motivated and fulfilled!

About the meal plan: Meals are tasty and easy - no major prep & very few ingreadients. Again, let's ease into the year to create healthy habits. My 3 favorite meals 1) Longevity breakfast shake 2) Teriyaki Lime Chicken 3) PB PM Snack (almond/peanut butter before bed - yum!

5 workouts consisting of weight training (legs, glutes, calves, back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs) & HIIT cardio designed to build a fit body while decreasing body fat. Workouts that are result driven and motivating at ~45min per workout.
