This guided relaxation (YOGA NIDRA) invites you to rest with a calming breath to the sounds of waves and nature and a peaceful guiding to release stress, quiet the mind and calm down the nervous system. You will feel home and settled into your body and mind. You will slowly feel the stress melting away and shifting into a beautiful moment-to-moment experience. You will feel calm, centered and unstuck after the session.
