January 5 - January 11 Meal Plan & Dollar a Day Workouts (5)

New this week: This week is all about creating a plan for someone wanting to change their body and their life, but having a difficult time finding where to start. I'm not someone who likes to be "hardcore" when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle and I create my meals & workouts to be exciting and motivating, yet intended to see results!

About the meal plan: Meals are tasty and easy - no major food prep & very few ingredients. This meal plan is NOT a restrictive calorie/low carb diet; it's 5 healthy meals designed to promote a healthy metabolism to allow you to build a fit body and shed some fat!. My 3 favorite meals 1) Fruit Smoothie 2) Pork & Veggie Skillet 3) Chicken Fruit Salad

About the workouts: 5 workouts consisting of weight training (legs, glutes, calves, back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs) & HIIT cardio designed to build a fit body while decreasing body fat. Workouts that are result driven and motivating at ~45min per workout.
