Lucie is a young mother of three children and has had long hair for whole life. Recently she's decided for a change because her hair is too long and too heavy and her jugular spine is aching. She's opted for a Victoria Beckham bob but she is very nervous so sitting on the hairdresser's armchair she orders a little longer bob. As she said later when her long hair is falling on the floor she regrets it and wants to stop it but it's too late. Lucie gets longer bob which she's wanted so she is satisfied at the end and so does her husband accompaning her.
