Using the facts and findings you included in the master summaries your team create each week for episodes 1-4, work as a team to write one paper in which you address the following five topics.

The Five Topics Covered in the Team Paper

1. Top three elements of health and wellness you would want to increase in society
2. Nutrition and fitness as active parts of our lives
3. A strategy for preventing each disease: cancer, diabetes, cardio-vascular disease
4. Environmental effects on health in your home and other places you spend a great deal of time
5. Protecting and enhancing our immune systems.

Your response to each of the topics needs to include the following:
• Summary of Key Team Findings
• Conclusions reached based on the Team Findings
• Recommendations and Action Plans to address the topics
• At least one academic citation to support each conclusion related to the five topics.

In addition:

Prepare a Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with 8-10 slides communicating your team’s recommendations and action plans for the five topics being addressed. All slides need to include detailed speaker notes.
