9 Week Full Body Transformation Vol 1

9 week plan consisting of 3, 3 week phases: Strength, hypertrophy and HIIT. Examples of foundational lifts are: barbell squat, barbell deadlift, and barbell bench press.  Video demonstrations are provided.  A gym is highly RECOMMENDED and required to complete some of the exercises; but if it is not option, contact me and we can get creative with other options!!
