Thinking approach

The team I was involved in working as a learning institution. We showed significant commitment with a clear common goal to attain concrete results. Just like learning systems, there was effective communication, collaboration and time management. By sharing ownership during the meetings, it made it easy to define objective. We established a responsibility matrix that describes how each task is going to be completed. As such, it made it easier for everyone in the team to achieve the goals. Communication played a significant role in the team. The regular meetings and sharing of information created an environment where the team members contribute to the efforts and ask clarifying questions. This helped to minimise ambiguity and prevent conflict and misunderstanding. Secondly, just like the collaboration in learning institutions, we worked together to solve problems and develop lasting solutions.
