Introduction

            It is desirable for every organization to achieve both high-level customer satisfaction as well as the profitability. However, it is not easy to get both of them because if a firm had completed the superior customer satisfaction it does not index that the same business is enjoying the high profitability and vice-versa. Although there is a belief that both should achieve yet the fact is profitability gave the priority because an industryhas measuredby the data of financial profitability and customer satisfaction just acts as the supporting activity(Timothy Keiningham, 2014).
