This 4 week ~no gym equipment, can do anywhere~ workout challenge is for anyone who is looking to switch up their workouts or anyone ready to get back into the swing of things for a more balanced health and fitness lifestyle. 4 workouts per week that are designed to be completed in 40 minutes or less! IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are interested in being entered for the first and second place winnings, you must submit your before photos by November 26th 11:59pm EST. After photos are due December 24th by 11:59pm EST (or once all workouts in challenge are completed).
