CJA 474 Week 5 DQ 2

I think that an education is always a good thing. I think that many of the line level criminal justice practitioners that now have college degrees is not something that could ever be looked upon as something that is negative. Knowledge is never something that should be frowned upon. A refusal to gain knowledge is something that could very much be frowned upon. Will the advanced education of these practitioners create greater or less resistance to change within the criminal justice organizations?

I think this question would generally depend on the person that is gaining the education. Based on their personality and perspective on the world the resistance to change whether it be greater or lesser would be based on how they viewed the criminal justice system
