Progressive Muscle Relaxation with Music mp3

This audio recording features a guided relaxation technique called Progressive Muscle Relaxation also known as PMR. Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a wonderful relaxation technique that helps induce a deep state of muscle relaxation. Physical relaxation leads to mental relaxation and mental calmness.  PMR is known to be very effective in helping reduce anxiety, stress, muscle tension and it is wonderful in the management of insomnia.    CAUTION: Please check with your doctor prior to doing this exercise if you have hypertension.  Be very careful with the amount of tension you apply to any areas that are sensitive to injury or pain like the neck, shoulders and back.  Please listen to the instructions carefully at the beginning of the audio if this is your first time trying PMR.
