Basic sun salutations vinyasa flow - All levels

In Vinyasa Flow yoga we link our movement with our breath. Building some heat through our sun salutations creates a rhythm, and helps create a more mindful presence. You can practice sun salutations solely, or you can add on extra sequences to create a whole body workout. Please always listen to your body, and get medical clearance before starting a new physical activity. For this session you will just need yourself and a yoga mat, a physical lifestyle will help. If you are unsure of your capabilities try the sun salutes for complete beginners. Namaste
