311 B Law Final Notes (4)

Religious law represents the idea of a spiritual program or papers being used as a lawful resource, though the technique used differs. For example, the use of Judaism Halakha for community law has a fixed and unalterable top quality, precluding change through legal functions of govt or growth through legal precedent; Religious Cannon law is more just like municipal law in its use of municipal codes; and Islamic Sharia law (and Fiqh jurisprudence) is depending on lawful precedent and thinking by example (Qiyas), and is thus regarded just like typical law.[12]
