Leg Training In The Gym & Upper Body Posing At Home

Hey guys, this is Sergio hope you are all doing good. Just filmed a new video of me training legs in the gym. Starts off with some leg presses and then squats with 405lbs, 455lbs, and 315lbs for 20 reps all in short shorts ;-) hehe then I go home and flex my upper body and calves some more.

Anyways, the video is just under 10 minutes with a very low volume music overlay for effect. You can def hear me breathing and the weights clanking. I just want to thank all my fans for the love and support, lets make 2017 a year full of growth!
