Core Value Exercise

Why do core values matter?
Every decision you make is based on what you believe to be true and most important. We all have core values, even if we aren't conscious of them.

Once you become aware of what is most important to you, you will be able to decipher the root of certain habits and consciously change your priorities to help achieve goals.

DIRECTIONS:

1. After you've printed out the pages, cut out each value. There are extra lines available for you to add your own values if you would like!
2. Once all of the values are cut out, select your top 20 Values. The rest can go in a pile.
3. Cut your list of 20 down to 10. Put the 10 values you cut out back into your pile.
4. From the 10 you kept,  cut out 5 more.
5. You are left with 5 values - these are your top 5 values.
6. Put them in priority order.
7. You can reduce to your top 3.
Do this every 3-6 months to see how you've shifted + grown!
