I have learned that human resources has multiple major responsibilities other than just taking care of payroll, hiring personnel, and resource for questions on company benefits. Human resources is also responsible on developing moral, make sure that they hire the pick and hire the right personnel, and forecasts financial flexibility of the company. But what I have learned more is that they are in charge of what is the total compensation for the current and future personnel of the company. I have learned that there is three levels on total compensation. First is the most obvious compensation is direct financial, which consists of a personnel’s hourly wages, yearly salaries, and commission.
