Complete the work on the Returning Warriors project: 

Perform analyses to determine if the project is feasible in three principal ways:

1. Technically

a. Based on the current technical resources, is an upgrade possible?

b. Based on the current technical resources, is a new system needed?

2. Operationally

a. Will the system operate when put in service?

b. Will the system be used when put in service?

3. Economically

a. Include a cost/benefit analysis of your proposed system itemizing all tangible costs and benefits associated with the development and implementation of the system.

b. Identify and discuss intangible costs and benefits. 

Ascertain Logical Movement of Data, Hardware, and Software requirements: 

1. Create a data flow diagram including a context level diagram, a level 1 diagram, and two child diagrams to show important, representative parts of the recommended solution.

2. Discuss system hardware and software needs and evaluate options for acquiring hardware and software. 

Propose recommended solution and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of at least three alternative options for the case, such as:

1. Leaving the present system intact

2. Purchasing a packaged software solution

3. Developing a custom application using a relational database management system such as Assess or SQL
