Kat's Foam Perm with Wooden Perm Rods - VOD Digital Video on Demand

Kat takes a seat in the barberchair and says that she would like tight curly perm. After her hair is wetted, the stylist, Kira, sections Kat's hair, and begins to wrap her hair in vintage 1930's wooden perm rods. These wooden rods use a cotton string and ivory bead to keep the perm rod from coming loose. Once Kat's hair is covered in perm rods, a towel is tucked into her chemical cape, a foam perm solution is used. Her hair is rinsed out, neutralizer applied, rinsed again, and then she is caped with a comb-out cape, and put underneath the dryer (for a total of 34 minutes) to dry. The rest of the rods are removed and Kat's hair brushed out into a large ball of fluff. Perfect for disco dancing.
