Learning disability is a high incident disability. The last few decades have seen an increase in the number of students identified as having learning disabilities.
Research on evidence based practices done on students with learning disabilities reveals that teachers who consistently apply effective methodologies do benefit these students.
Certain learning disability persist even into adulthood.
