A lesson to prepare ESL/EFL professionals to order food in a restaurant and complain politely using modal verbs. This is a good lesson for those just starting out with Business English.

This lesson is good for 1 - 1.5 hours and contains 21 slides/pages. It contains vocabulary exercises, discussion questions, grammar, listening comprehension (audio text is in the handout to be read) and a role-play at the end of the lesson. Handouts are included as well as notes for the trainer.
