3)     The sympathetic nervous system is responsible for the fight-or-flight response. What are the physiological changes that happen to the body during this response?

4)     What are some ways to deal with stress? How will you deal with stress? Explain.

5)     Chronic stress is linked to about 70% of disease. In the textbook, under “Physical Effects of Stress,” it list various ailments associated with chronic stress. How have these affected you or someone you know? Explain.
