E6S Customer Journey Map (CJM) Template

"Ready-to-use" Microsoft Excel 2010 template to visualize the Customer Experience / Customer Journey.  This specific CJM template includes proprietary formulas to not only visualize the each indivudual customer impression at each touch point, but also visualize the overall experience, giving greater weight to the worst and most recent individual impressions.
