Review the organizational chart on page 312 of Introduction to the Hospitality Industry. (below) 

Explain in no less than 200 words for which department you would rather work. –front desk or general manager Which department do you think is the most important? –all, because without one the rest would fail. 

Provide two examples of why it is important to know information about areas other than the one you have chosen.
