About this week's meal plan: Two meal plans are included in this week's downloads. Paleo is all the range, and this week I'm checking it out! The paleo diet goes back the the diets humans ate during the Paleolithic era. This is a great opportunity to try out even just a meal or two as my standard meal plan is also included.
