Part 2: Circuit Workout Plan

Equipment needed: jump rope, resistance band, dumbbells in 3 weights: light (5 pounds), medium (10 pounds), heavier (15 – 20 pounds), stability ball.

This program was designed to provide short but intense workouts you can do at home or at the gym. We are performing active rest through this entire program as cardio, so we will be burning some fat.
