-creating a specific workout program for your busy life
-establishing a plan B for when days don't go as planned
-coming up with meal ideas that suit your nutritional needs and taste buds

-discussing proper form for certain exercises
-finding substitutions for exercises to work around injuries
-dealing with personal obstacles that arise
