If we should describe Alena without using the word "hair", we would most probably say that she is one of the cutest ladies in the world, with the strongest neck muscles.
Her hair is super heavy and super thick, and the effort and patience Alena has put in over many years to get hair like this is incredible, it takes a lot of work, and it is so worth it of course!
Lifting her braid, her bun, or all of her hair at once would feel really heavy, no matter how strong you are.
Imagine having ALL that beautiful hair falling down from your head, and whether it´s in a bun, ponytail, braid, updo or bun, it will always be as heavy as it is.
Try lifting a coke bottle of 1,5 litres. Yes, that is 1,5 kg. of weight which is over 3 pounds. Try holding it out with a straight arm for 3 minutes or so.
