Class is an uninterrupted flow practicing remembrance of shunyata and upeksha - an inner emptiness that is spacious, and lacks nothing. Includes Brigid's Cross ("swastikasana"), Headstand, and Urdhva Dhanurasana ("full wheel") with optional use of the wall.
