7-11 breathing - Short 6 minute relaxation

This is a short 6 minute relaxation piece using the 7-11 breathing technique.
Simply follow the breathing sounds on the audio, in for 7 and out for 11.
Over the 6 minutes the piece very gently slows in tempo promoting relaxation and calmness. 
If you lose sync with the breathing don't worry, simple gently follow the breathing again.
